Jay Tkachuk Appointed as Chairman of Ukrainian American House

Sacramento, CA, June 18, 2024
– Ukrainian American House (UA House) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Tkachuk as its new Chairman, succeeding Roman Sheremeta. Jay Tkachuk brings a wealth of experience and leadership to this role, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Golden 1 Credit Union.

In his current role at Golden 1 Credit Union, Jay Tkachuk leads the Digital organization at Golden 1 Credit Union and is a passionate champion of digital transformation initiatives, bringing over 15 years of expertise in driving digital strategy and transformation, enhancing user experience, and spearheading innovation within the financial services sector.

Jay Tkachuk succeeds Roman Sheremeta, who has made significant contributions to UA House during his tenure. Previously serving as Technical Support Director at UA House, Jay's diverse background and strategic vision will guide us into a new era of growth and impact.

Jay Tkachuk holds a Master of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. His diverse background and strategic acumen make him uniquely qualified to lead the Ukrainian American House during this pivotal time.
