This orientation is a special opportunity for Ukrainian newcomers to connect, learn, and adapt to life in your new community. Our aim is to provide you with the tools and information you need to thrive in this new environment.

UA House Cultural Orientation

During the rally, we will have guest speakers, community leaders, and activists who will address the current unprovoked aggression against Ukraine and its impact on the global stage. There will also be opportunities for attendees to engage in peaceful demonstrations, sign petitions, and learn more about how they can contribute to the cause. Additionally, there will be various activities and a flashmob in support of Ukraine, including booths with items to support Ukraine, a station to draw pictures for Ukrainian soldiers, and various Ukrainian food offerings for attendees to enjoy.

Sacramento Solidarity Rally for Ukraine

The Ukrainian American House will host the Forum for Ukrainian Community Leaders who live in the USA. The forum will join Ukrainian social, business, religious, and political leaders to discuss strategies for supporting Ukraine and developing the Ukrainian community in the US. The event will take place as part of the 2023 Independence Day Celebration in Sacramento.

The Ukrainian-American Forum held its inaugural conference in Kyiv on May 19, bringing together influential individuals from Ukraine and the United States to foster dialogue, collaboration, and partnership directed at the reconstruction of Ukraine. 

Families and kids are invited to join us for a day filled with activities and sports! From 11am to 1pm, we will have a FREE community activity day for jump houses, prizes, food and activities for children.

We will host a bike ride before the community activity day for riders of ALL ages and experience! We invite you to join us for a fun-filled day.

The festival is held annually and will celebrate its 23th year on May 18, 2024, at Downtown Sacramento’s Southside Park.
