Today, UA House Executive Director met with Hashim Wahdatyar, Program Lead at UC San Diego, as part of our growing partnership to support Ukrainian families who have arrived in the United States within the last five years.

During the recent mobile consular service visit, Ukrainian American House organized an outreach event aimed at supporting Ukrainian families in our community.

Ukrainian American House was proud to participate in the recent Ukrainian Kolo community event — a vibrant gathering that brings together members of the local Ukrainian community in Sacramento.

Ukrainian American House had the pleasure of participating in a vibrant multicultural festival held at a local school, where communities representing different cultures, countries, and traditions came together to share their heritage.

Representatives of Ukrainian American House (UAHouse) recently participated in an emergency coordination meeting with officials from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), local public health authorities, and leaders of the Ukrainian community in the Sacramento region.

Ukrainian American House was glad to partner in a special community event created for women from newly arrived Ukrainian families. The gathering provided a supportive space where our clients were able to participate, connect with others, and take part in activities focused on emotional well-being, communication, and building new relationships.

Ukrainian American House was pleased to welcome Charisse Sumabat, representative of the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and member of the Ukrainian Newcomer Support Program team, to our office for a working meeting focused on our ongoing collaboration in supporting newly arrived Ukrainian families.

On February 24, UA House served as a Community Support Partner, at the big community gathering “Stand With Ukraine”, providing direct outreach and service information to approximately 500 attendees.

On February 5, Ukrainian American House held an informational workshop for newly arrived Ukrainian families . The event focused on exploring first-time homebuyer opportunities through California’s Dream For All program.

On November 6, Ukrainian American House hosted another Unity Bridge — Business & Community Breakfast, a gathering that traditionally unites leaders from the business community, nonprofit organizations, and churches to strengthen collaboration between Ukrainian and American communities.

Ukrainian American House recently hosted a special creative workshop for children from newly arrived Ukrainian families. The event brought together nearly 30 children for an afternoon of art, connection, and encouragement.

Ukrainian American House together with USKO Realty, and Beautiful People hosted an uplifting event — Runners Breakfast, bringing together clients and friends to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

On August 24, the center of Sacramento once again became a place of solidarity and cultural pride as the Ukrainian American House, in partnership with the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, hosted a vibrant celebration of Ukraine’s Independence Day.

July 16, 2025 — Roseville, CA — At its Board meeting, Ukrainian American House officially welcomed Igor Vayner, Executive Chairman of Solvd Inc., as the newest board member.
